Marlisa is currently studying Communication at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas with an emphasis in Public Relations. Although she is a proud native of the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area, she considers Austin her home away from home while attending college.

As a Research Associate with Stevens Group, Marlisa is responsible for the daily logistics and details of business and practices, sharing her talents, enthusiasm, and reliability with the business and its clients.

Ultimately, Marlisa would like to pursue a career as a field reporter in the news media. She also plans to obtain her American Sign Language Certification and earn a Master's Degree in Communication Studies. Marlisa’s interest in communication and human interaction reflects the goals and mission of Stevens Group.
