Our approach to communication coaching is aligned with our mindfulness method. That is, we attempt to get people to be aware of their communication with others in order to make strategic decisions while communicating instead of simply speaking. In our coaching sessions, we work with people to make sure that the messages they are sending to other people are both effective and appropriate.
Impression Management
Our communication coaching objective is to help clients manage their impressions with others. Through survey-based research and qualitative methodologies (e.g., interviews, shadowing) Stevens Group can provide you with an accurate account of how people perceive you as a person and a communicator.

Some of these aspects include: your propensity to make quick decisions, your ability to communicate flexibly, and your treatment of others as teammates. This information allows us to build a personality profile that will alert you to some of your behaviors. It is from this base of knowledge that you can make a final decision whether to change or whether you should focus on enhancing certain behaviors.
